Fractures in the still growing bones of children present a special problem. Dr.Vernon is skilled in evaluating and treating pediatric fractures.
Laceration Repair
Dr. Vernon and staff are skilled and experienced in the delicate repair of lacerations in children
Newborn Circumcision
At Alder Grove we perform this routine procedure in our office at your request. It is a more comfortable and calm environment for your child and can be done at a lower cost than at the hospital.
Ear Piercing
Having a skilled pediatrician handle ear piercing is the safest option to reduce the possibility of infection and get the best outcome.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends this schedule for routine well-care visits:

- 4 years
- And once every year thereafter for an annual health supervision visit that includes a physical exam as well as a developmental, behavioral, and learning assessment.
